Every item at Haus of Wilde is carefully selected, and we do our best to provide detailed descriptions and imagery so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We only accept returns where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect, with valid proof of purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great care when packing your order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue.

- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number or proof of purchase
Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted
- Return shipping costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
